What is the difference between let only and full management?
In brief, our let only service includes marketing the property, viewings, referencing and tenancy agreements. Once we have found a suitable tenant we pass it back to yourself to manage. Our Full management Package includes all of the above plus a full inventory, inspection rota and 24 hour maintenance response, you will also get the initial let fee heavily discounted.

Yes, we offer a multi property discount. This can vary depending on how many properties you have but usually saves you between £30-£80 per month.
What happens if my tenant damages my property?
Under our full management package easylet will complete a pre check-out report, this is done 2 weeks before the end of the tenancy and gives us the opportunity to remind the tenant that the property must be fully cleaned throughout, gardens tidied and anything that surpasses fair wear and tear must be rectified before the end of the tenancy.
If the tenant fails to meet this standard, and the tenancy has ended, we can apply to the DPS to claim part or all of the deposit. This must be done within 10 days of the end of the tenancy and you will likely need a signed inventory in place.
How do I switch to a different letting agency?
If you are not happy with the service you are receiving you should contact your letting agency and inform them of your concerns. Most agencies will require up to 3 months notice, however it is worth checking your T&Cs, if they have failed to meet certain requirements such as regular inspections this would be a breach of contract and give you reason to terminate immediately.
