Check out our Let Only services if you require a letting agent to assist you on viewings, organise tenancies and conduct any relevant checks. This is the perfect option if you only have a small number of properties and like to have regular contact with your tenants – it’s also beneficial if you want to keep your outgoings to a minimum.
If you want to hand over complete control of your properties to a letting agent, our Full Management Package could be the solution for you. You’ll have access to one of our knowledgeable and experienced agents who will take care of everything – that’s right, we’ll look after grumpy tenants and even tedious repairs.

What is a letting agent?
Letting agents like ourselves are responsible for managing and often maintaining properties on behalf of landlords.
You don’t necessarily need to use a letting agent to let your property; however, it can help to make your life much easier, ensure all legalities have been met, and free up more time for you in the day.
We’ll take care of the following, including but not limited to:
- Marketing your property online and in office windows
- Conducting house viewings
- Collecting references on potential clients, such as credit and right-to-rent checks
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Arranging the move-in
Will Easylet collect a full photo inventory for me?
Yes – we’ll collate an accurate photographic record of the condition and contents of your property before a move-in occurs.
This involves a full photo inventory of the house, including CO2 alarms and smoke alarms.
We’ll conduct this on your behalf for a small added fee of £100 and store the images and recordings safely. So, if a resident causes any damage, this evidence shows that the damage wasn’t present before they moved into the property.

Can Easylet manage more than one of my properties?

What’s the difference between a let only and a full management package?
Here at Easylet, we offer two outstanding letting packages for landlords to choose from – the let only and full management packages. So, what’s the difference between the two?
Our let only service offers everything you need to find new tenants and provide them with the necessary legal documentation. This package includes the following:
- Advertising your property online and in office windows
- Organising and handle viewings
- Collecting references, such as a previous landlord, credit and right-to-rent checks
- Preparing and writing up tenancy agreements
- Arranging the move-in date
With the full management package, all the above is included, but our services continue after the tenant has moved in. Additional benefits include:
- Collecting monthly rent on your behalf
- Organising maintenance on the property to rectify any issues
- Completing regular house inspections to ensure the house is kept in good condition
- Preparing necessary checkout documents and deducting expenses from deposits if needed
