• Market the property within 24 hours of your instruction.

• Accompany all viewings at the property and negotiate any offers on your behalf.

• Carry out multiple reference and identity checks and arrange independent credit searches, arrange a guarantor if necessary.

• Prepare tenancy agreements which comply with current legislation.

With a full management package, how do I receive rental income?

Unlike a let only service, where tenants will be provided with your payment details and asked to set up a standing order, tenants will pay their monthly rent to us. We then deduct the agreed expenses and fees before transferring the funds to your chosen bank account.
