What is involved in our let-only services?

Our let-only landlord service is the most basic ‘no-frills service’ we offer to landlords looking to rent out their property, or sometimes their entire portfolio.

Our letting agents in Warrington will use their expertise in marketing to find suitable tenants to live in your property on your behalf. They will do this by listing your property on Rightmove and in our office window, located in nearby Warrington.

We will also take care of house viewings, conduct the relevant tenant checks, and organise the tenancy agreement for you. Through our let-only service, we take care of securing the tenant’s deposit within the government Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and collecting the first month’s rent in advance. Meanwhile, you retain complete responsibility for property management.

However, if you feel you would benefit from having our team take care of the tenancy throughout or have a large portfolio to manage, we do offer a full management package.
