What is a Company Let?

Company lets are becoming more popular due the increased cost of Hotels and short stay/serviced accommodation such as Airbnb.

Visually, the property is no different from a standard rental property. However, the property is rented to a limited company, rather than an individual.
The company is liable for the rent, along with any bills at the property.

We offer a range of properties available on a Company Let basis. These usually range from 3-5 bedrooms, are fully furnished, and come with the option of bills included. We can also offer internet and provide a weekly cleaner.

These kind of rental properties work well for companies that are relocating staff, working in a specific area for a limited time or bringing clients from overseas.

Our company lets are usually available on a 3, 6 and 12 monte lease and also give you the flexibility of moving staff in and out as you please.
