There’s always a mini rush in the middle of December of people looking to move house before Santa arrives. Most agencies will try and delay a move-in until after the new year due to the amount of work involved in setting up a tenancy. However, our lettings manager Luke seemed determined to not break his promise of ‘keys before Christmas’, and with a mix of late nights and weekend move-ins he somehow managed it!
Luke smashed our previous record of 5 move-ins in one month with a staggering 8 move-ins! He even moved someone in on Christmas eve!
Unfortunately, the 11 hour days took their toll on Luke’s laptop so as a reward for Luke’s hard work we were delighted to present him with a new Mac Book Pro.
