Easylet Warrington currently manage over 200 properties in and around the Warrington area. The majority of our day-to-day work involves liaising with tenants, arranging maintenance works and updating documentation in line with regulation.

We cover a wide range of property management and can tailor each package to meet the individual needs of the landlord. Some of our landlords prefer to be more involved in the management of their property and some prefer a more hands-off approach

We offer a set limit for any emergency maintenance, for example you may want to set a limit of £50 for any repairs, anything over that and we’ll call you first.

  • Inventory
  • Rent guarantee (Additional)
  • Maintenance team
  • Rent collection
  • Inspections
  • Evictions

If your property is with another agency and you’re looking to make a change, we can help with ending the contract. Most agencies will ask for 3 months notice, however, if you’re not happy with their service, many will terminate it sooner.

We inspect your property on a 3-6 month basis, along with completing a signed inspection report. This gives us the chance to see if the property is being well looked after and if there are any signs of damage or neglect.

If the worst does happen and we need to evict your tenant, we will guide you through the process along with issuing the correct eviction documentation.
