Company lets work the same way as standard lets, the only difference is the company is liable for the rent, instead of the occupant.
Some examples of recent company lets have been; a forensic company based in London who had 4 apprentices working in Warrington for a 12 month period, we sourced the property for them, furnished it, arranged sky tv and internet, and a weekly cleaner.
We also recently accommodated 3 National Rail engineers, looking for a 3 month, short term let. Again we included utilities in the rent and arranged a weekly cleaner.
